Three Brides for the Devil

A stunning, powerful fairy tale based on the Bluebeard legend. When the charismatic devil rides into town looking for a bride, he stumbles upon the house of a widow and her three daughters. He marries the eldest and offers her a life of wealth and luxury on one condition - she must not open a particular door in his house. But curiosity gets the better of her and she opens the door to . . . hell. The devil is in need of a new bride. He approaches the widow's house again. Will the younger sisters suffer a similar fate, or can they outwit the devil himself? A companion book to Nicholls' celebrated Godfather Death.
