Returns Policy
You may return most new (and unopened, if an item is shrink-wrapped) items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping is not covered for change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer. Alternatively, you can return an item in store with your invoice.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
The Book Attic ships goods Australia-wide. At this time, we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us via email to enquire about a special order or if you are from outside Australia wanting to order a gift for someone in Australia.
We offer a flat rate for shipping $15 for items up to a total weight of 5kg. For larger or heavier orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote after you have purchased. If the quote does not meet your expectations, we will happily issue a refund.
Security Policy
When purchasing from The Book Attic, card details are transmitted through a secure server using [name of product]. Card data is not hosted by The Book Attic after processing.
